This is an addition to my original review some months later. Sadly I had to have my cat (Mia Mouse but just Mouse to me) put to sleep. What a wonderful team they are at this vets. I was so upset I just dissolved but the care and understanding was second to none. The support given to me is beyond words. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Should be 10 stars!

Emma MorganI can't rate this vets practice highly enough. After moving from a vet practice that couldn't even return calls to plan surgery for my dog, I was recommended to try Rackheath vets. This was the best decision I could have made. They were prompt in seeing my dog, planning her surgery and getting her booked in. The follow up care has been excellent with lots of post-op checks as I was a super worrier. Not once did they make me feel like an inconvenience for worrying and were super friendly and reassuring. They are prompt in their response to any enquiries, and very fairly priced for what they do. My dog wasn't the easiest as she is an angry chihuahua, but they were really good with her and she is recovering well. Huge thank you to Chris, Owen and the team at Rackheath vets!
